1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FTRCGOP.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this Site.

2. Committee Member Access & Confidentiality

The Site contains a private "Member Only" portal for authorized Falls Township Republican Committee members.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party.

• Non-Disclosure: Information, documents, and strategies found within the private portal are Strictly Confidential. Distribution, screenshots, or sharing of this content with non-members or the public is grounds for immediate account termination and potential removal from the committee.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

• Attempt to "scrape," data-mine, or harvest emails from the Site for outside marketing or spam.

• Impersonate a committee official or another member to gain unauthorized access.

• Upload viruses or malicious code that could compromise the security of the coalition's data.

4. Contributions and Donations

All donations made through the Site via Stripe are final.

• Eligibility: By donating, you affirm you are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident.

• Compliance: You agree to provide accurate occupation and employer information as required by Pennsylvania campaign finance laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the logo (FTRCGOP), text, and creative assets on this Site are the property of the Falls Township Republican Committee. No part of the Site may be reproduced without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Committee is not liable for any errors in the calendar, "Key Dates," or voting information provided. Users are encouraged to verify official deadlines with the Bucks County Board of Elections.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, particularly regarding the unauthorized sharing of private committee data.
